THE TEAM

A boutique team, on purpose.

Bergence is seven people. That's deliberate: small enough that every client gets a private, detailed approach rather than being handed to a junior account team — and experienced enough, collectively, that the work doesn't suffer for the size. Each person came from a different part of international sports business before Bergence existed; the boutique model is what lets that experience stay hands-on instead of getting diluted across a large agency structure.

Bergence Growth is the commercial engine — sponsorship sales, outsourced commercial departments, consulting and corporate events. Bergence Sports is the ownership engine — academies, teams and tournaments, starting with Glacier Academy. Growth funds Sports; Sports builds the long-term value Growth alone can't. Bergence Events sits alongside both, planning and delivering premium events across sport and beyond.
